Information you provide

• Player name — the nickname you enter in the game, displayed on leaderboards publicly.

Information collected automatically

• Country / region — determined by your IP address to display a country flag next to your name on leaderboards. We do not store your precise location or GPS coordinates.
• Game progress — level index, rating, currency balances, owned items — stored locally on your device.
• Device information — device type, OS version, and advertising identifier, collected by third-party services listed below.

Third-Party Services

Our app integrates third-party SDKs that may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Leaderboards

Super Marble Race features global and country-specific leaderboards powered by Unity Gaming Services. The following information is visible publicly to all players:

• Your player name (nickname)
• Your rating / score
• Your country flag (based on IP geolocation)

By participating in leaderboards you consent to this information being publicly visible. You can change your nickname at any time in the game settings.

Advertising

The app displays ads provided by IronSource (LevelPlay). Ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android).

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization

Purchasing "Remove Ads" will disable all advertisements in the game.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases including gem packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All transactions are processed securely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Virtual currency (gems) has no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded except as required by Apple or Google policy.

Data Retention & Security

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Leaderboard data (name, rating, country) is stored on Unity Gaming Services servers. We retain this data for as long as your account is active.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Super Marble Race is rated for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

• Use cheats, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage

In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

The app offers optional purchases. All purchases are final. Refunds are available only as required by Apple App Store or Google Play policy.

Virtual items (gems) are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be modified or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Remove Ads

"Remove Ads" is a non-consumable one-time purchase tied to your Apple or Google account. It removes all advertisements on the purchasing device. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to recover it on a new device.

Leaderboards & Online Features

Leaderboard participation requires internet access and a Unity Gaming Services account created automatically on first launch. Your player name and score are visible to all players globally.

We reserve the right to remove any player name that is offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the developer's country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Delete Your Account

Super Marble Race uses an anonymous player identifier (provided by Unity Gaming Services) to store your nickname and scores on the leaderboards. You have the right to request removal of this data.

If you have trouble sending an email, you can also request deletion through the in‑game Settings → “Contact Support” button.
